Please be aware that a complete file must be received at least two weeks before the closing date to allow for processing.
Files received after July 16 will not close until after August 1st
Please allow up to two weeks after the loan is commited for processing of the file. Borrowers need to have attended the First time Homebuyer Class prior to submitting an application for assistance.
