Chac is currently providing assistance statewide with some exceptions. Funds are limited. Visit the Program Descriptions on the Helpful Tools page for details.
CHAC funds are not available for properties in the City of Aurora, Westminster, or Arvada and CHAC funds are not available for the County of Adams, Boulder, or Douglas. Special Programs are available through CHAC for Arapahoe County and Jefferson County. CHAC also has a special program for persons with permanent disabilities.

Program changes effective 04/01/2009
Cindy Howeth has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for 20 plus years. She takes great pride in educating and financing first time homebuyers and buyers with disabilities. Ms Howeth received praise and honors for being one of the top producing lenders over the last couple of years with the Douglas County Partnership, and with Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. She has also given back to the community by educating first time homebuyers at CHAC's monthly Home Buyer Education classes. Many evaluations written up, following our Home Buyer Education classes, rave about Cindy's clear and detailed explanations about mortgage financing, fees and programs.
CHAC is pleased to feature a Community Partner of the Month, a local lender, real estate agent, finance company, funder, or community agency. Our partners are appreciated for giving back to the community as well as providing for our clients.
