If your unsure about buying and just want more information about what it takes try our Dispel The Myth class, a short
1 hour discussion to help you decide if you want to buy, if your ready, and where to find help to get ready. If you don't
see a class near you, call us and help us put together a small group in your neighborhood. If you think your credit might
be a problem try our Credit Club, a once a month meeting where you can get guidance in how to improve your credit. For dates

an additional step before you do. Be an informed consumer and take a free Homeownership Class. These classes inform you about
local assistance programs and fulfill the education requirement for Colorado Housing & Finance Authority loans as well
as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. They will help you learn what to look for in a lender and realtor.
