Hear an explanation of the various down payment assistance programs available throughout the City.  Learn about mortgages from Colorado Housing Finance Authority, Metro Mayors.  Understand the basic differences in mortgage insurance programs.  Understand deed restrictions and Section 8 Home Ownership.                    

 

$35.00 (pre-paid registration) or $45 (at door), 9:00 am to 2:00 pm  (lunch is included).  Parking is available on south side of building, on street and fee parking on 7^th and Santa Fe ($5)
