Homebuyer Education (Class registration)

This is a general purpose homeownership class which also fulfills the CHFA class requirement as well as others such as
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. This class is not required to receive CHAC assistance but is recommended for all homebuyers. Be
informed about your choices and opportunities - sign up today. (For CHAC loan assistance see Downpayment Assistance Page).

TO REGISTER FOR CLASS

name, location and date of the class you wish to attend and the number of people attending. Phone registrations will not
