Short Sale - CHAC will not accept short sale proposals for properties that have been owned for less than 5 years. If your seller has owned for a longer time please provide your contact information and a short description of the reason the borrower could no longer meet their mortgage obligation along with a signed Release of Information form signed by the seller and fax in writing to 303-573-9214. Additional information will be sent to you by fax or e-mail.
